Mr. Amit Mahajan
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Amit Mahajan serves as Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Phoenix Innovations LLC. He has been active in IT industry for last 25 years and has been the driving force behind various large size designs, deliveries & implementations in USA and across the globe.
Amit was the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Xcaliber Technologies LLC based out of Atlanta, Georgia in the United states for 7 years which was a venture funded corporation. Xcaliber Technologies had offices in United State and India.
He is the inventor and the brain behind the SmartChk Diagnostics solution. SmartChk has been globally implemented in the United States, Europe, China & India. Blancco Technology Group acquired Xcaliber Technologies LLC and SmartChk product portfolio in March 2016 for an undisclosed amount.
Before founding Xcaliber Group which includes Xcaliber Infotech, he held senior leadership roles within multiple Fortune 500 companies, wherein he played responsible role of Chief Architect and Director to name a few.
His varied experience, understanding of the solution journey from discovery of problem or need to improvise to reality of having a working solution has been a tremendous asset for Xcaliber in all our initiatives and offerings to customers.
His understanding of the complex user experiences of mobile-first consumers and his problem-solving approach has been a driving force. Touted as an “engineer of the future” Amit constantly raises the bar on what it takes to meet society’s growing and demanding mobile needs.
Amit is a motorcycle enthusiast. When he is not dreaming up innovative products he is either spending time with his son on Lego Robotics or riding his Ducati XDiavel S in mountains of Georgia.
Mr. Ameya Kandalkar
Vice President – Strategic Initiatives
Mr. Ameya Kandalkar serves as Vice President for Strategic Initiatives.
Prior to his new appointment, he was part of Xcaliber’s Global implementation team since August 2013 and was closely involved in many of the SmartChk deployments across United States, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Ameya is a highly creative, energetic, customer-focused professional with over 15+ years of progressive experience in various fields of Banking, Consulting & Data Analytics. Immense experience in building and implementing customer focused strategies, and enhancing business functionality with Strong project management and problem solving skills.
One of his previous engagement was with Tata Communications Payment Solutions Ltd. (a fully owned subsidiary of Tata Communications Ltd.) where he has been into Design, architecture and processes framework for Data Analytics/ Reporting – Business Operations. He was also responsible for creating & implementing new data analytics processes in his past assignments.
Ameya is a sports lover. When he is not working on the innovative products he is either spending time with his daughter or will be found playing outdoor sports like Cricket or Badminton.
Mr. Kaustubh Karnik
Mr. Kaustubh Karnik serves as the Vice President for Offshore Delivery at Xcaliber Infotech Pvt. Ltd. Kaustubh’s appointment to this position is part of Xcaliber’s plans for rapid and expansive growth. He will oversee the product development as well as services initiatives at Xcaliber.
With over 25 years of experience in IT, Kaustubh started off as a keen programmer and propagated to fulfill various progressive roles in this field. Kaustubh’s experience in multiple geographies and cultures and his communication skills help bridge the onsite-offshore gaps quickly. As a designer and architect, Kaustubh was responsible for release of various applications. He oversaw the project and delivery management of various projects, ensuring both client and employee satisfaction for the organizations he represented.
In his last role, Kaustubh was responsible for leading several initiatives for the CEO’s office to fuel new business growth as well as the existing accounts. In addition to the corporate strategy responsibilities, he also led the functions of sales enablement; analytics; and corporate branding and analyst relations.
An avid reader, Kaustubh aspires to raise a reader in his seven-year old son. Apart from constructing stories and laying out characters along with his son, Kaustubh pursues interests in reading social history and non-fiction.
Ms. Lynn Holly
Vice President – Intellectual Property
Lynn is the Vice President of Intellectual Property for Phoenix Innovations, LLC. She joined the company in October 2018 and is responsible for supporting the growth and direction of the Intellectual Property portfolio, aligning IP goals with corporate strategic goals. She brings more than 10 years of Intellectual Property experience to her role, including patent portfolio development, management and monetization, trademark portfolio management, and copyright enforcement.
Prior to joining Phoenix Innovations, she served as Intellectual Property Counsel for a leading ecommerce provider where she provided general legal advice and specialized intellectual property counsel. Prior to that, for several years she served as an information technology analyst for a major telecommunications company.
Lynn received her Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law, MS in Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas, and an MBA from the University of Minnesota. She is registered to practice before the USPTO, and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (US), and a Registered Professional Engineer (PE).
Lynn is based in Minneapolis, MN, and enjoys hiking, reading, taking classes and spending time with her family.
Mr. Paul Falkenberg
Vice President – Sales
Paul Falkenberg serves as Vice President of Sales of Phoenix Innovations LLC. He is an accomplished results-oriented sales executive with over 21 years of experience in corporate leadership, business development, and strategic sales planning for Software/Platform as a Service (SaaS, PaaS), Data Services, Consulting, Cloud Service Providers, and Partners/Channels/Value Added Resellers (VARs).
He is a proven “hunter” with a track record of developing high-performing sales teams and achieving revenue plans of over $80M by developing strategic selling programs, sales playbooks, and consultative approaches used to define the competitive advantages and value proposition. Mr. Falkenberg has extensive experience establishing relationships and joint go-to-market strategies with major cloud providers, including AWS, Microsoft, and Salesforce. He is proficient in sales technology with in-depth knowledge of the latest CRM, forecasting, lead generation, and account-based marketing techniques to accelerate sales velocity and capture new logos.
Paul enjoys watching Ohio State Buckeyes football. In his spare time, he enjoys being outdoors and riding jet skis on the lake.
